At Curlsmith, we want you to love your curls, so if a product isn't the right fit for your hair type, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns and exchanges on all gently used products to ensure you find your perfect hair care routine.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
